- I am the Former Chairman American Cold War Veterans Inc. I am a veteran of the US Army 1989-1991 I served in S.W. Asia for 17 months with the 528th USAAG during the Gulf war.I received IDP/HFP pay for 11 months of my tour there. I am also a life member of VFW Post 53 and a national member of the American Legion. The Blog promotes Cold War and all veterans issues.
